REFUND POLICY

Our priority is your smile - comfortable and happy cyclists exploring on two wheels. We are confident in the quality of our products and have made all efforts that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Please follow the care instructions as delicate fabrics, fittings and trims can be damaged by improper care.

On receipt of goods, we encourage you to first try on your kit to see if it fits, but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment when trying it on.  Please avoid use of strong perfumes or deodorants and make up when trying on garments as they may leave a scent or stain which would render the return unable to be exchanged. 

If your purchase is the wrong size or fit, CONNAL Kit will happily offer customers an exchange provided the product is returned to us in 'as new' condition.  'As new' means that the item has not been worn (other than being tried on), is not damaged or marked and is in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase so just follow our simple exchange procedure below and we will have you back on your bike looking fitter, faster and stronger in no time at all.

EXCHANGE - PROCEDURE

Within 14 days of receipt of goods simply let us know that you will be EXCHANGING the product by emailing us at kit@connalkit.com.au with your receipt or proof of purchase and the size you wish to exchange for.

If goods are available, we will notify you. If not available in stock, we will do our best to offer acceptable options. Remember, goods must be in ‘as new’ condition.  If the goods are not returned in this condition, then Connal Kit will not be able to accept the exchange.  

Please complete the EXCHANGE FORM (download) including your name, address, order number and description of goods returned and why, replacement goods required.
In Australasia package in a soft postal satchel and post at your local Post Office.

Return the goods in “as new” condition with the completed Exchange Form within 14 days to:

We recommend that you keep a tracking number of your return parcel as Connal Kit is not responsible for lost or missing exchange parcels.  We will notify you by email when we receive the parcel. You will be notified by email when your replacement item is posted to you, including a tracking number.

Please Note:

For hygiene reasons, socks that have been removed from their packaging, cannot be returned for exchange.

Sale items cannot be exchanged. Only regular priced items may be exchanged.

For International Returns we are unable to accept any customs charges or duties incurred on return to Australia. Detail contents as “Returned Samples” with AUD$1.00 value to avoid rejection on import.
