Shipping policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
CONNAL Kit uses Australia Post as our main shipping partner. Standard shipping uses Regular Post service in Post Parcel Satchels. Outgoing orders are sent from our Regional Western Australian Post Office location from Monday through to Friday (except public holidays) requiring a little more time for delivery due to our regional location. Delivery delays may occur over public holidays, pandemics, disruption of transport services, extreme weather conditions or restricted property access for delivery.
Orders will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 2 business days. For shipment updates please use the tracking link provided or contact your local postal service with your tracking number.
We make shipping offers on the website, through banners on the website, through coupons, via social media and directly to subscribed Pack members via our newsletters. Our current shipping rates are shown below.
Shipping costs will be calculated on your shopping cart and checkout pages and are determined by your shipping delivery address, weight of items purchased and choice of 'standard' or 'express' delivery.
If your order is urgent, please contact us and we may be able to arrange an alternative shipping method such as express delivery. Please note this may attract an additional postal charge.
All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers are responsible for any further charges or fees applied.
We currently only ship to a limited number of international destinations.
CONNAL Kit is not liable or responsible for any additional taxes, import taxes, customs duties, fees or levies on your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia. Rejected packages will not be re-accepted by CONNAL Kit or refunded.

Delivery time estimates:
Domestic Standard parcel post delivery 7-10 business days.
Domestic Express parcel post delivery 2-5 business days.
International Standard delivery 9-20 business days to major cities.
International Express delivery 5-10 business days to major cities.
(International delivery will depend on country and location within country).
Note: Current COVID-19 transport disruptions are resulting in variable delivery times. Our carrier Australia Post has updated delivery estimates based on COVID-19 schedules.
